We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering, please make sure you select the correct model and color.  

We process orders between Monday and Friday only. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

All of our Snazzy Jahzzie products, such as our beaded bracelets, sterling silver bracelets & Snazzy Jahzzie sunglasses, soaps & body lotions, are shipped from the US.  

Some of our other products are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in Asia and Europe. 

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. 

Please contact us if you do not receive a tracking confirmation after five business days from the day you completed your payment. 

Shipping confirmation 

Generally, a shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. 

Tracking 

As the receiver, it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the courier; otherwise, if your order has been tagged as a return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow up or have not submitted the necessary requirement to the courier, we will be able to reprocess and reship your order after we receive the goods, but you may occur additional shipping fees. Please note that this will also delay the reshipment of your package.
